Fajitas With Mole Seasoning Blend

  • 1 ½ – 2 pounds skirt or flank steak

  • 1 tbsp Earth Table Carne Asada Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp avocado or coconut oil

  • 1 large onion, sliced

  • 2 large bell pepper, seeds removed then sliced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Tortillas for serving

  • 2 tbsps chopped cilantro


  • Trim off any fat and pat steak dry. Rub with tbsp of Earth Table Mole Blend.

  • Preheat a large heavy bottom pan with 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Add steak to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the pan and allow to rest for several minutes tented with a piece of foil. Slice the meat against the grain into thin slices.

  • Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan, add in the onions, bell peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add 1 tsp salt toward the end.

  • Serve them in tortillas and garnish with cilantro
