A little more about it: What's Herbs de Provence? a spice blend featuring the traditional flavors of Provençal cuisine like thyme, oregano, and rosemary. However, it wasn’t until Julia Child started using the term “Herbs de Provence” in the ‘70s that this blend became commercially available.
Ingredients: Fennel, Rosemary, Savory, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Lavender
How to use Herbs de Provence: Sprinkle on roast chicken and fingerling potatoes, rub onto pork chops, and use to top savory baked goods (shortbreads, scones, biscuits etc.). This blend does not have salt so add accordingly.
