Herbs De Provence: Sprinkle on roasted fingerling potatoes, rub onto pork chops, and use to top savory baked goods (shortbreads, scones, biscuits etc.). This blend does not have salt so add accordingly.

Berbere: Saute with garlic and onion as a starter for chili, mix into compound butter, or dust onto any meat before browning.
